An exciting opportunity for you to join a rapidly growing creative agency and be integral to launching our Cheeky London office. (You will be based in London, with the odd trip to Tunbridge Wells to visit the team).
You’re bursting at the seams with energy, marketing is your passion, networking is in your blood, you can captivate someone in conversation and love the buzz of really getting to know what makes someone tick.
You’re thinking about your next big business developing role, but you’re looking for a company who believes in strategically approaching clients rather than old school cold calling. You’re happy to be based in London and you’re excited by the prospect of launching Cheeky into the capital. You’re fired up for driving additional growth, knowing that you have an established, successful creative agency with a senior and experienced team to introduce people to.
You already hold great experience in a business development role, ideally operating in an agency environment, but this can be from any sector – branding, experiential, partnerships, digital, production, film etc… We’re open to hearing from all walks of life. We simply ask that you understand brands and businesses from a marketing perspective and that you can demonstrate you use strategy and structure to your new business approaches.
We’re a fast growing, nimble and young (5 years) full service agency; offering a wealth of creative solutions to a huge variety of consumer brands and businesses. We specialise in creative marketing campaigns. Once we’ve cracked a big idea for a client, we identify the relevant channel in which to take it to market. We are independently owned by 2 very likeable Directors, so you will be part of growing something highly authentic and not a corporate group of suits.
Currently Kent based, we’re spreading our wings and need your help to grow and develop our London office. We’re clear on our business strategy, the client sectors we are best suited in and our core positioning. All we need now is someone to help shout about it in a new area.
We’re looking for a highly likeable and engaging person, without an ounce of cheesy sales traits, someone our potential clients won’t mind hearing from. Someone who can bring new contacts and opportunities to the table whilst also growing our existing low hanging fruit. Being a self starter and highly motivated is a must – we know how tough this job can be, so you’ve got to have demonstrated perseverance and staying power in the past.
What will you be selling? Creative marketing campaigns are our heartland. We’re all about big brand ideas. Growing and nurturing the brands of tomorrow. We love an underdog and a client with huge potential. Our campaigns live in TV, film, online, radio, outdoor, press, social and DM. But we never focus on channels, that comes later. Its brand building campaigns that we’re passionate about.
