Location: Office based, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Reports to: Creative Director

As a Creative, digital Designer you will be an integral member of the Cheeky creative and design team.

You will work across a mix of exciting brands, as well as the agency’s own digital content.

The ideal candidate should be fully up to speed with the Creative Suite including XD, After Effects and Premiere Pro, on top of current trends and be hungry to learn more. Working well collaboratively and efficiently with a tight-knit group is a must.

We produce work across the whole media spectrum that truly moves the dial and has a positive impact on our client’s business. We like to do this with as little jargon, fluff and marketing nonsense as possible while making the process enjoyable for all involved. 


Responsibilities

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Create and deliver digital assets including video editing, motion graphics and animations for a diverse array of projects including film, OOH, website design and social media
  • Collaborate with creatives and account teams to produce outstanding work that pushes creative boundaries and delivers new and innovative communications solutions
  • Using design best practices to create dynamic, eye-catching advertising and content
  • Staying up to date on the latest techniques and platforms


Skillset

You will need to have the following core skills:

  • 3-4 years design and content creation experience
  • Adept with the Adobe suite including, Premiere Pro and After Effects expertise
  • A creative problem solver who can bring new ideas and express them clearly
  • A desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your skills especially in the growing AI skillset
  • A keen interest in social media
  • The ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Able to work to tight deadlines with a flexible approach
