Matt McMinn has joined the leadership team of advertising agency, Cheeky Communications, as Business and Growth Director.

Since 2016 Matt managed virtual creative content agency, The Impossible Dream, establishing a network of talent, with a core focus on servicing FMCG and retail clients.

Clients included NISA convenience stores, Le Creuset, Taste Inc., a2 Milk and Meridian Peanut Butter.

Previously, Matt spent 8 years at Doner London, the UK office of a 650 strong US advertising agency.  Clients included Fiat, Nikon, moneysupermarket.com, Jeep, Geox Shoes and Alfa Romeo.  With 3-years on the board as Director of Business Development, he oversaw annual agency growth of over 20%.

Joining Cheeky, Matt will help achieve ambitious growth plans including; growing new client partnerships, developing their media offering, establishing a London office to accommodate new client business and help accelerate growth.

Matt commented “Cheeky has a similar outlook to The Impossible Dream, but with the talent and capability in-house.  Merging The Impossible Dream into Cheeky poses a great opportunity for both the business and its clients.”
