In this role, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our online-first clients, helping to lead marketing projects from concept right through to execution. A big part of your focus will be working closely with our Digital Account Director and Digital Account Manager on a large-scale loyalty campaign spanning multiple markets - so collaboration, organisation and great communication are key.
About the role
This is a 9-month fixed-term/contract position, based out of our Tunbridge Wells office but open to hybrid working and aligned to the duration of the project, with the potential to become permanent if our digital offering continues to grow (which we fully expect it to).
You’ll bring solid marketing experience and a strong customer service mindset, with a clear understanding of how digital marketing adds real value to business strategy and performance. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, keeping projects on track, and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
Ultimately, you’ll play an important role in helping us grow the agency - spotting opportunities, nurturing accounts and contributing to account revenue along the way.
What we’re looking for
Essential experience
- Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager within a marketing or digital agency
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Confident verbal and written communication
- Experience working on website development projects
