Majestic needed to lose the wine-snob reputation.

With growing competition from supermarkets and online delivery services, Majestic Wines needed to shift public perception from “dusty wine warehouse” to somewhere worth actually visiting. The challenge was to increase brand awareness while giving customers a reason to step into their stores.

Solution

The experts became the stars of the show.

Research revealed Majestic’s biggest differentiator wasn’t the wine – it was the people selling it. We built a campaign around the brand’s knowledgeable, friendly in-store experts, creating TV, radio, and social content featuring real staff in real stores to drive awareness throughout the year and during the all-important Christmas season.
