Since starting out in 1990, Mortgages for Business (now named Mortgage Finance Brokers) have grown into one of the UK’s most renowned and award-winning whole-of-market mortgage brokerages. They approached Cheeky for a full digital transformation to include a brand facelift and a major website overhaul.

The rebrand was needed because ‘Mortgages for Business’ no longer represents what they do. Now they do mortgages for everyone so both their brand and website needed to reflect this. With new partnerships forged and a much wider service offering, the website had to make searching for, and securing property finance, an effortless and more attractive experience.

Due to the complex nature of the functionality and features required, we built the website using a bespoke CMS platform to enable full customisation, scalability and all important longevity.

Implementing a robust SEO migration strategy was paramount to ensure a successful site migration to a new domain, which was delivered over a 3 phase process throughout the lifespan of the project. This meant we could protect their domain authority and search rankings, while preserving their current site visibility.

Our Creative Team focused on the UI and UX of the property finance journey to create an immersive experience with a fresh, new look and more accessible feel to support existing customers and drive to convert new business. Meanwhile our Development team executed a detailed technical approach to integrate 7 third-party APIs for a variety of mortgage calculators. This together with CRM integration seamlessly and securely captured customer data from their web chat service and all contact forms sitewide.
